I’ve had the awesome chance to visit Adonai Adventure Park in Kampala two times, and both visits were super fun! This adventure park is perfect for families and anyone looking for some excitement. There are a few different things to do there that it makes for a great day outdoor.

One of the coolest parts of Adonai Adventure Park is the paintball field and target range. Here, you can have epic paintball battles with your friends and family, which is such a rush as you come up with strategies and compete against each other. But Uganda is hot. Like very hot. The first time we went there, we were suited up in blue jumpsuits (in which none of used the second time we went there). I was almost getting a heat stroke (not really…) afterwards of all the running around in very warm clothes. The field itself is quite small, but not too small for it to be boring. There’s two mud ditches on the sides, and then one big center lane with wooden defenses.

The Paintball target range is also a fun spot for those who want to practice their shooting skills in a safe place with no risks of being shot.

The park has a short but super fun zip-lining adventure. Flying from one platform to the next gives you an awesome thrill and will definitely make you grin. It’s an amazing experience that you’ll remember for a long time.

If you’re looking for a challenge, you can also try the rope course. It’s a tough course that tests your balance and agility as you work your way through obstacles high up in the air. It’s a great way to encourage teamwork and personal growth, making it a perfect activity for groups or families wanting to bond while pushing their limits.

The easiest way to get there is by Boda Boda. Either the whole way, or just to Freedom City and then you can walk the remaining way.
