Ingredients:

  • 1/2 dl Instant Coffee
  • 1 dl Sugar
  • 1 dl Boiled Water
  • 10-12 dl Milk
  • Ice Cubes

  • Use a mixer to mix the Instant Coffee, Sugar and Boiled Water for 1 to 2 minutes until it becomes a thick airy light brown foam.
  • Pour 2-3 dl of Milk into each Glass, and add the coffee foam on top of the milk.
  • Serve it with icecubes and the foam on top, but should stir before drinking it.
