Anton Andersen

Anton started his journey in 2018 when he traveled to Uganda for the first time. He instantly developed a passion for the country, especially for the delicious food that was available everywhere. Every day, he enjoyed eating Rolex and Kikomando, explored various restaurants to discover local dishes, and even attempted to learn how to cook them himself. Since that initial six-month trip in 2018, Anton has returned several times and has spent over two years in Uganda.
